Who sees it
- The Date Night founders see your booking and your answers.
- The host of your evening sees that evening’s run-sheet, plus allergies, mobility notes and your emergency contact. No payments and no other answers.
- A surprised partner sees only how to prepare, and the evening as it is revealed.
- Each supplier receives one message with only what they need to serve you, under a first name and a booking code.
How long we keep it
Your profile is deleted 90 days after the journey unless you ask us to keep it for next time.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
