Is it really a surprise?
Yes, inside the boundaries you set. Food, mobility, alcohol preference, places to avoid: you tell us, we design around it. The destinations stay hidden until the night unless you choose “Show us the plan”.
Who sees what?
The person paying can see as much or as little as they choose. A surprised partner sees only how to prepare. Suppliers see a first name and a booking code.
How far ahead do I book?
At least 3 days for Spark, 5 for Signature. We run evenings Thursday to Saturday, and Stay In any day.
What if the weather turns?
Every outdoor chapter has an indoor fallback in the same area. We decide by 4 pm and tell you if anything changes about what to wear.
What if something goes wrong on the night?
A human is on the phone the whole evening. If a venue fails, we move you to an equivalent one; if the evening fails, we take you home and make it right.
Can I cancel?
Yes. More than 72 hours before: full refund minus the payment fee, or a free re-date. 48–72 hours: half, or a free re-date once. Under 48 hours: credit for a future journey.
Can I add flowers, a cake or a photographer?
Flowers are included. Tell us about anything else in your Couple Profile and we will quote it.
Do you serve alcohol?
Our venues are chosen for the experience, not the bar. Tell us your preference in the profile and we choose accordingly.
Is this only for married couples?
Date Night is for married, engaged and established couples.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, or by bank transfer with your booking code as the reference. Your booking is confirmed when payment clears.
